Schlumberger to sign 1.14 bln rbl servicing contract with Rosneft
MOSCOW, Jan 9 (PRIME) -- U.S. oilfield servicing giant Schlumberger has won a tender of Russian oil major Rosneft for integrated services and engineering support to drilling of two exploratory wells by offering 1.14 billion rubles, as seen by PRIME on Wednesday in the materials of the website for disclosure of data on state procurements.
Under the contract, the drilling of the two wells is to happen in a coastal site of the Sakhalin Island’s shelf zone from March 1 through August 12.
Halliburton also participated in the tender with a 1.18 billion ruble offer. The initial and the maximum price of the contract was set at 1.283 billion rubles.
